一年一度的美食博客聚餐在上周六圆满结束。24 位美食爱好者来到了位于 Purvis Street 的法国餐厅 Gunther's。
大家都是最熟悉的陌生人。。。
创办近两年的 Gunther's 是本地高贵优雅的著名法国餐厅，曾获许多媒体的好评。这次聚会没有指定的菜单，厨师会以现有的材料烹调出与众不同的佳肴（Carte Blanche）。非常期待！
时尚雅致的餐厅设计，处处都能看到彩绘玻璃瓶的行踪。
餐厅的面积不大，可是私人空间一定不会缺。经理准备了‘长桌宴’迎接我们24人，在轻松简约的气氛下享用美味的一餐。
Japanese Tomato
淋上香草酱的番茄首先亮相。碟上色彩鲜艳，有红的、绿的、白的！那么甜的番茄有点吃不惯。
Cold Angel-hair pasta with Oscietra Caviar
加入松露油的意面味道有点重，完全盖过了鱼子酱的鲜美，有点可惜。
Poached white asparagus, Bouchot mussels
海鲜蒸笋是一个漂亮的惊喜，也是这次聚餐里我最喜欢的一道菜肴。新鲜的 Bouchot 蚌、虾仁、螃蟹丝和淡黄的酱让清淡的白芦笋增添了一点色彩，丰富！
Grilled Cote de Boeuf, Japanese sweet-corn, sauce Bordelaise
半生熟的牛肉颜色鲜美，可惜我的牛排以瘦肉占大部份，所以我咬得比较起劲。不过盘里的烤日本玉蜀粟是我的安慰，非常甜。
Fine apple tart a la dragées, Havana rum raisin ice-cream
香脆的苹果挞伴朗姆葡萄雪糕是我们的最后一道佳肴，也是餐厅的招牌。
走到餐厅的另一个角落，碰巧遇到餐厅厨师 Chef Gunther。他从16岁便开始学厨，曾在Chef Alain Passard 的巴黎餐厅 L’Arpège 受训，也在本地的 Les Amis 餐厅任职5年的厨师。聊了两句，才得知墙上的这些绘画都是厨师的作品。能煮能画，真有天分！
说是陌生人也不算，毕竟大家都曾在彼此的网络上留下一点痕迹。这一次正式看到那么多美食博客们，真的有点似曾相识之感。谢谢 Brad & Yixiao 花心思举办这次的聚会！
