Bento #16: Lovely Bread Couple

TGIF! It has been a real hectic week for me, especially yesterday, when I had a series of very screwed up happenings at a photoshoot. So today, I decided to post a cute bento to perk me up.This cute little bento was inspired by one of the bento books I bought. The bread couple was created by rolling the bread flat, spreading some strawberry jam and rolling it together. You can use any colour bread you like, I did this because there are just too many white bread on my table. But of course, I ate it for breakfast after making this bento.As you can see, I wanted to give the “girl” yellow hair, but the cheese didn’t quite work because it was so fragile that it tore. Besides that, everything else was perfect.

I am heading to Korea next week! It has been an exciting September for me because of the several holidays I had. First to Nikoi Island, then to Bangkok, and next week to Korea. But, I also worked harder than usual lah, which leaves me with a very bad dark eye circles. I guess I am heading Korea to find a very good eye cream.
