Presenting a new creation this year, Li Bai’s award-winning Executive Chef Chung Yiu Ming’s adeptly crafted Steamed Roasted Goose Rice Dumpling (燒鵝百寶粽, $33 per piece). An aromatic and flavorful bundle packed with wholesome ingredients, an assortment of Beans, Peanuts, Dried Conpoy, Chestnuts and Chinese Mushrooms. The succulent goose meat ties this piping hot dumpling together to form a gastronomic medley of textures and taste.

For a classic rendition, the perennial favourite of Steamed Traditional Rice Dumpling (传统裹蒸粽, $33 per piece) will be made available as well. This signature is generously filled with scrumptious Pork Belly, Roast Duck, Chinese Mushrooms, Chestnuts, Salted Egg, Dried Shrimps and Conpoy.

Alternatively, indulge in the well-loved premium Steamed Abalone and Pumpkin Rice Dumpling (鲍鱼南瓜粽, $33 per piece) which lends a delightful hint of subtle sweetness to the authentic flavours of this traditional rice dumpling.

Or, satisfy your palate with the Steamed Rice Dumpling with Lotus Seed Paste (蓮蓉梘水粽, $16 per piece) as you bite into creamy Lotus Seed paste paired with a fragrant Osmanthus sauce which is specially concocted to complement this rice dumpling.
