Chef Milind is born and raised in Mumbai. He was relocated to Singapore in 2002 and opened Song of India in 2006. He has been cooking for 25 years and when I asked him, what makes a good curry?
He said:”A good curry needs a good chef. A good chef is one who is able to explore the different spices from the spice box, and come up with different kinds of curry.”
Till date, Chef Milind has created over 500 curries.
