Happy Tuesday! It’s Juicy Tuesday again! You know ah, I have been eating soooo much during Xmas holiday and I am so afraid that my waistline will grow sideways. So I made myself a cup of Bell Pepper Yoghurt Juice which supposedly helps in slimming and combat fatigue.

To be frank, I am really not a fan of yoghurt. I can’t have the original flavour because the taste is too much for me to handle. So I have to drink some fruity taste yoghurt. Do you know, drinking yoghurt makes it easier for you to drop pounds, while the amino acids help burn fat.

As for bell peppers, don’t only use it to cook sweet and sour pork please. It has a wonderful combination of tangy taste, crunchy texture and low in calories! So, even if you eat one full cup of them, you get just about 45 calories. Bonus: that one cup will give you more than your daily quota of Vitamin A and C!
They contain plenty of vitamin C, which powers up your immune system and keeps skin youthful. The highest amount of Vitamin C in a bell pepper is concentrated in the red variety.
