Paris Baguette Cafe

It has a great variety of mouth-watering pastries and breads, to intricately decorated cakes and gateau, healthy salads and sandwiches, as well as delightful desserts and beverages.

Paris Baguette Cafe's Korean Power Garlic Baguette

Some of these items has infused Singapore flavours such as Korean Power Garlic Baguette ($4.30) which is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The crispy crust is achieved through a 24-hour fermentation process and topped with fragrant garlic bits. These bread are produced daily and without the use of preservatives.

Paris Baguette Cafe's Cream Bread, Egg Tart & Apple Pie

I like This Cream Bread ($2.50) which has soft and tender yellow bread wrapped with not-too-sweet cream. I find the Egg Tart’s ($2.60) crust too thick for my liking, and the Apple Pie ($2.80) is very flaky and buttery which makes our plate slightly messy.

If you love milk pudding, you will probably like Paris Baguette’s signature item – Royal Pudding. It has a super milky and soft texture. The layer of caramel at the bottom adds a little sweetness and balance to the dessert. There is Original Royal Pudding ($4), Mango Royal Pudding ($4.50) and Strawberry Royal Pudding ($4.50).

Paris Baguette Cafe's Royal Pudding & Sweet Bacon Roll

Another of my favourite is the Hannam-Dong Hotdog ($3.90) which is a sausage rolled up with tortilla mushroom and juicy marbled beef. It is named after the location in Seoul where the item was first sold.

And there is the glistering Sweet Bacon Roll ($3.60) for pork lovers. It is pretty unique because we usually eat savoury bacon but this one is sweet and taste somewhat like bak kwa. It is wrapped with diced egg, a balance between sweetness and savoury.

Paris Baguette Cafe's Seafood Chowder in Bread

In addition to the usual best sellers, they are also serving special brunch menu exclusive to Changi Airport. The menu will be refreshed once every few months. One of the brunch items include Seafood Chowder in Bread ($10). This piping hot seafood chowder soup is served in daily baked fresh bread. It is creamy and full of flavour.

Paris Baguette Cafe's Mango Latte

I quite enjoy the Mango Latte ($9) which is a combination of fresh milk and daily hand-made fresh mango puree, an interesting fusion of Korean and Singaporean taste.
