Allora Ristorante & Bar, located in Crowne Plaza Changi Airport by IHG, invites diners to step into a vibrant culinary journey at the Summer Market Street Food Buffet which is happening on 29 June and 27 July 2025. Expect the very best of Italian street food flair, complemented by the bold flavours of Singaporean hawker classics.

As part of Allora’s Sunday Brunch on the last Sunday of every month, this special Summer edition takes inspiration from the vibrant street food cultures of both Italy and Singapore, and will feature 15 stalls and live stations, spread across different areas of the restaurant, including the alfresco area, giving a festive summer market experience.

Watch chefs in action at the live Cheese Wheel Pasta Station, which offers basil pesto, prawn or bolognese pasta. Guests can also look forward to Cuoppo Napoletano—a cone of Italian street snacks such as Arancini (Italian rice balls), Fritto Misto (mixed fried items), and Panzerotti (soft pizza dough filled with ingredients like mozzarella, cold cuts and Allora’s signature tomato sauce, deep-fried to golden perfection).

Explore more flavours from Italy with Piadina (thin Italian flatbread), Calzone, and a flavourful selection of cold cuts and cheeses, paired with artisanal condiments.

Seafood lovers can also look forward to all-time favourites including a bountiful seafood-on-ice selection featuring prawns, mud crabs, oysters, scallops, and mussels. Don’t miss the varietal flavours of the beetroot smoked salmon and aromatic herbed smoked salmon—a must-try for any seafood fan.

Representing the local culinary scene is the Char Kway Teow with Chinese sausage and Cockles, the rich Fish Curry Barramundi, Roti Prata and XO Carrot Cake.

At the grill, experience a sizzling fusion of Italian and Singaporean BBQ delights, from traditional Satay with peanut sauce, to Zampina (beef sausage from Pulia) and Porchetta carving. Round off the fantastic buffet on a sweet note with a decadent dessert spread of Panna Cotta, Tiramisu, Gelato-filled Brioches, assorted Kuehs, Candy floss and more.

Exclusive to this buffet brunch is a Limoncello Spritz stand, with a corner where wine lovers can look out for the bin-end wine promotion with selected bottles at attractive prices, available to enjoy with your buffet brunch or to take home.

Diners will be given a map when they arrive, to help navigate the restaurant, and all the stalls. They can also collect a stamp from each station and rank their favourite stalls to redeem a $20 voucher that can be used on a la carte items.
