FYR Interior

Nestled in the central business district, FYR Cycene Ond Drinc (pronounced as FIRE Kitchen And Drink) is a casual dining restaurant that purveys modern European grills enlivened by Southeast Asian spices. All of FYR’s cuisines are made with Josper Wood Charcoal Oven. The chefs also use lychee wood to infuse the dishes with a wonderful smoky note.

FYR's Grilled Squid

After reading so many positive reviews online, I met my girl friend for brunch one Saturday. We started from small bites to share such as the pillowy Grilled Squid ($12), which is tossed with tumeric, garlic, crispy onion and lime leaves.

FYR's Baked Half Bone Marrow

Baked Half Bone Marrow ($15) is cooked with thai basil and asian spices, served together with veal sweetbreads. The flavours are well balanced and taste better with sprinkled a little salt.

FYR's Grilled Steak & Eggs

Meat lovers can go for Grilled Steak & Eggs ($28) which stars a striploin cooked to perfection. The glorious slab of meat is accompanied by toasted bread and a perfect sunny side up. Such a fine piece of meat really needs no extras to heighten its taste.

FYR's Baked Pistachio Melt & Pandan Ice Cream

We ended our brunch experience with FYR’s best-selling dessert Baked Pistachio Melt & Pandan Ice Cream ($10) as well as unique house blend coffee. The combination of Pistachio flavoured lava cake and fragrant homemade pandan ice cream is indeed divine. All coffees are freshly brewed using the premium La Marzocco Espresso machine. The aroma of the full-bodied coffee will waft through the air.

FYR brunch menu is available every Saturday & Sunday from 9am till 3:30pm. FYR offers a fun and unique dining experience. Its bartenders have created a special Party Detox Basket ($10) which allows patrons to whip up their very own version of Bloody Mary.
