Carl’s Jr. – NEW Limited Edition Smoked Brisket Big Angus Burger & Return of the All-You-Can-Drink Beverage Bar & Salsa Bar!

When we think of unapologetically indulgent burgers, I’m sure a few names come to mind and needless to say, Carl’s Jr. is one of them. For those die-hard fans of huge hearty beef burgers, this brand-new limited-edition burger is made for you.

Available only from 15 August 2022 (while stocks last), the Smoked Brisket Big Angus Burger ($15) features a thick patty made with 100% Angus Beef, a generous portion of Smoked Brisket all draped with a blanket of classic Smoked American Cheese. If your hunger pangs are screaming to be satisfied with a full meal, go for a combo ($19) and complete your experience with a side of some perfectly crisp Natural-cut Fries before you wash it down with a glass of ice cold CocaCola Zero Sugar.

Priding themselves on serving only top-quality ingredients, Carl’s Jr.’s latest burger that’s assembled upon order boasts nothing less. Be prepared to sink your teeth into fluffy toasted buns slathered with Carl’s Jr. signature BBQ sauce, savoury and tender brisket, smoked cheese and an incredibly juicy beef patty all at once. We love how the sharpness of the slices of purple onions helped to cut through the meatiness of the beef, and how the pickles added an addictive acidic touch to each mouthful as well! Trust me when I say to come hungry, for their burgers are definitely served in huge portions.

Did I mention the long-awaited return of the all-you-can-drink Beverage Bar and Salsa Bar? After a 2-year hiatus, the highly popular fixtures are back, and better than ever.

I went on a quest to find the best condiments to pair with my Brisket Angus Burger, and a personal favourite would be the Fresh Salsa. A mix of diced tomatoes, yellow onions, cilantro and pepper, gave every bite a refreshingly tangy kick.

The Salsa Sauce also proved to be a nice change from the typical chilli and tomato sauce that we so often dip our fries in. Besides these, Jalapeños and fresh Diced Yellow Onions are always there to add some heat to your burger.
