The celebratory meal begins with Jin Ting Wan’s Prosperity Lou Hei, a vibrant and auspicious toss that symbolises unity and good fortune, also available à la carte for smaller or larger groups.

The feast opens with indulgent starters such as crispy roasted suckling pig skin topped with caviar, and poached Hokkaido squid dressed in fragrant peanut and garlic chilli oil.
