As foodies, most of us have our own likes and dislikes when it comes to food. While our tastes might differ, there are a few hugely popular and widely loved restaurants that have a permanent place in most of our hearts.

This year,  Chope is letting YOU vote for the ‘Restaurant of the Year’, presented by DBS Paylah!. Here’s your chance to vote for your favourite restaurant and who you think should receive the prestigious award. Here are the 10 restaurants who have been shortlisted, and if your favourite restaurant is one of the finalists, be sure to vote for them! You’ll be pleased to know that you’ll earn up to 500 Chope-Dollars, which can be used on future reservations, once you’ve cast your vote.

Fat Cow

Fat Cow - Wagyu Claypot Donburi

Is Fat Cow one of your favourite restaurants? The restaurant is immensely popular especially during lunch time, and we can see why. Their affordable lunch sets are amazing, and the Fat Cow Donburi is what keeps diners coming back. I love their Wagyu Claypot Donburi too! I’m a sucker for great quality beef and this doesn’t disappoint one bit. Fat Cow definitely has one of the best donburis in Singapore, and the range of beef on offer will also dazzle your tastebuds. Peony Jade - Peking Duck

One of the must-tries at Peony Jade is the Peking duck. Diners can pair the succulent duck meat with cucumber, roll it up in a thin crepe, and devour it in a huge bite. The crisp skin is irresistible, and it’s no wonder that the Peking Duck is one of their bestsellers. If you’ve been a long-time fan of this Cantonese restaurant, vote for them here

iO Italian Osteria

iO Italian Osteria Singapore - Porchetta

Known for their extensive selection of food and wines, iO Italian Osteria Singapore promises diners possibly the best Italian experience you can find in Singapore. One of the most recommended items is the Porchetta. Sink your teeth into the wonderfully fatty pork which comes complete with an extremely crisp golden-brown skin. It’s tough to find all our local favourites in one place but National Kitchen has aced it. Vote for National Kitchen by Violet Oon here

Mitzo

Mitzo - Venison with asparagus in Black Pepper Mint Sauce

Mitzo’s reinvented Chinese cuisine keeps diners returning for more. Remember to bring your troops along to Mitzo because the portions are pretty big. A particular item which really stood out for me was the Venison with Asparagus in Black Pepper Mint Sauce. The meat was exceedingly tender, and I couldn’t help but fall in love with the pepper sauce! Vote for Mitzo here

Les Amis

Les Amis - Cold Angel Hair Pasta

How can we forget Les Amis? Well, we couldn’t and wouldn’t. An award-winning French restaurant with an elegantly-decorated interior, Les Amis tempts diners with specially curated French classic dishes that are armed with an Asian twist. Les Amis’ angel hair pasta is consistently well executed and it’s no wonder that it’s a crowd favourite. Vote for Les Amis here

It’s safe to say that the restaurant is a great venue for all kinds of gatherings, especially with its unbeatable ambience. Vote for The Halia here

Order the Lobster Roll, or go for their Chili Crab Bowl which features 2 fresh Live Crabs covered in Chili Crab sauce in a bread bowl. Vote for Dancing Crab here
