Colgate SlimSoft Part 2 – I love my toothbrush!

In my previous Colgate post, I have shared the good and bad food for dental health. You can’t overestimate the importance of good oral hygiene — not only for dental health, but for your overall wellbeing.

 

From young, we were taught to brush our teeth regularly to keep our gums and teeth healthy. But when you go to a supermarket to buy your toothbrush, do you know which is a good toothbrush?

Thanks to Colgate-Pamolive, I get the try the latest Colgate SlimSoft toothbrush. I am so happy that it fits all 3 criteria of a good toothbrush! Seriously seriously, I am not saying this because it is an advertorial. My previous toothbrush had a big head (because I used to think that the bigger the head, the better) and a moderate bristle. It causes my gums to bleed every time I brush. 🙁
