工作忙碌,很少有时间回家吃饭,很怀念家常菜。所以在悠闲的周末,决定煮一顿晚餐。烹饪是一门艺术,而我还在捉摸。单单准备材料、调味,到控制火候足已让我们忙得手忙脚乱。
我花了30分钟为鲜虾去壳,并加入胡椒粒、蒜茸和黑酱油一同翻炒。
最普通可是味道不错的番茄煎蛋!
马来风光是我最骄傲的菜肴。Belachan辣椒和虾米炒得特别香!
最后还有十全补汤,加入超过10种药、香菇、干贝和蚝干煮上3小时,滋补养颜。
献丑了,下次我要尝试日本餐!
