Boasting only the finest and most premium ingredients such as 5-head abalone, scallop, the highly sought-after karasumi (dried mullet roe) reminiscent of caviar, and tender Iberico pork, this is the queen of all rice dumplings.

Seeking a taste of tradition? The Signature Pork & Salted Egg Rice Dumpling ($20) will win you over. Picture premium pork marinated for over 24 hours in house-made five-spiced powder and Chinese wine, combined with salted egg yolk, mushroom, black bean and chestnut encased in soft glutinous rice. The end result is an exceptionally flavourful rice dumpling that melts in your mouth! A wholesome creation, the Cordycep Flower & Purple Glutinous Rice Dumpling ($18) combines a nutritious blend of mullet rice, purple glutinous rice, mung bean, cordycep flower, black bean, peanut, king mushroom, preserved vegetables and a hint of black truffle paste.
