If you’re looking for a buffet that feels a little different from the usual hotel spreads, this one is worth going for.

Allora Ristorante & Bar at Crowne Plaza Changi Airport is bringing back its much-loved Frühlingsfest Sunday Brunch, just in time for spring celebrations. After a strong debut last year, the brunch returns with an even more indulgent lineup, inspired by the warmth and conviviality of European spring festivals.

A European Spring Feast in Singapore

The Frühlingsfest brunch captures the essence of traditional European springtime gatherings, where hearty dishes, lively ambience, and generous hospitality come together. Held across selected Sundays in April and May, the experience feels like a mini escape — a chance to slow down, gather with loved ones, and enjoy a comforting yet vibrant spread.

There’s something charming about how the menu blends German influences with Allora’s signature European flair, creating a brunch that feels both familiar and refreshing at the same time.

What are the highlights?

The live stations add an interactive element that makes the brunch feel more dynamic and engaging. The cheese wheel pasta station continues to be a crowd favourite, where pasta is tossed in rich, cheesy goodness right before your eyes.

Guests can also look forward to pizza, a Mediterranean shawarma station, and a carving station which showcases premium cuts such as slow roasted ribeye, grilled lamb rack, and crispy pork knuckle. The selection of sausages, including currywurst, ties everything back to the German-inspired theme.

The hot selection leans into robust, comforting flavours that are deeply satisfying. The crispy breaded veal schnitzel, paired with a rich mushroom cream jus, is a classic that delivers both texture and flavour, while the slow braised pork ribs with apple sauerkraut offer that perfect balance of richness and tang.

There’s also the traditional beef roulade, filled with pickles and bacon, bringing a depth of flavour that feels hearty and homely. For those who prefer something lighter, go for the seared barramundi with mustard cream and braised red cabbage.

The seafood-on-ice section remains a centrepiece of the brunch, drawing attention with its generous spread of fresh prawns, mud crab, scallops, mussels and oysters. It’s the kind of station you’ll find yourself returning to more than once.

Alongside it, the cold selections offer a vibrant mix of textures and flavours. The German-style potato salad with crispy bacon is rich and comforting, while the Waldorf salad brings a refreshing crunch. Smoked specialities such as salmon and mackerel round out the selection.

The dessert spread feels like a nostalgic journey through Europen classic desserts. From the rich and indulgent Black Forest cake to the iconic Sachertorte, there’s something for everyone. The honey bee sting cake, and Bavarian chocolate mousse are not to be missed. There are also comforting options such as plum pudding with vanilla sauce, alongside fruit-based desserts, gelato, and sorbet for a refreshing end to the meal.
