Marshmallows! Macarons! These are the two loves we cannot resist. This Christmas season, indulge in The Fullerton Hotel’s Chocolate Marshmallow Yule Log.

Made with 53% Tropilla dark chocolate and stuffed with fluffy marshmallows, the log cake has a chocolate fudge sponge base with a layer of chocolate ganache in between.

The soft marshmallows on the top and the half-macaron “wheels” along the sides bring us child-like glee and make this one too adorable to resist. Paired with the sinful chocolate cake, I was pretty sure that things couldn’t get any better. It is simply decadent, especially catered for chocolate lovers.

If you prefer something different, newly created for the festivities this year is the luscious Champagne Cherry Yule Log. Made with a champagne custard centre and surrounded by cherry mousse made from 100% cherry puree, this log cake is a refreshing take on the traditional flavours.
