Xin Cuisine Chinese Restaurant unveils two new low-sugar snow-skin flavours for those looking for a healthier but equally as delicious treat.
The new snow-skin flavours include Low Sugar Red Lotus Seed Paste with Peanut Pralin Snowskin Mooncake. For a fruity treat, you must try the Low Sugar White Lotus Seed Paste with Banana Apricot Praline.
Xin’s Peranakan Durian Snowskin Mooncake returns once again this year with luscious durian filling encased in a soft skin naturally coloured with blue pea flower.
The tradition continues with Xin’s Signature Mini Egg Custard with Yolk Mooncake. The smooth custard is paired with flavourful salted egg yolk. Some other traditional favourites include Low Sugar White Lotus Seed Paste with Four Yolks and Assorted Nuts with French Raisins Mooncake.
