It’s claws-galore at the live station as the chefs work doubly hard to whip up unlimited servings of Mala Lobsters, Lobster with Golden Egg Yolk Butter Cream, Lobster with Singapore Chilli Crab Sauce, Lobster with 5 Peppers Sauce and Baby Lobster Laksa.
Fans of spicy, tongue-numbing Sichuan cuisine can now enjoy it with lobsters! Do not worry about the lobsters swimming in a fiery pit of chilli oil. Instead, the meat is stir-fried with dried chillies and Sichuan peppercorns, giving it a combination of spicy, numbing and fragrant flavours. The chefs from Lime have also come up with a unique Lobster dish made with 5 Peppers Sauce which is seriously addictive. With a drier and more aromatic gravy, the Lobster with 5 Peppers Sauce hits all the right spots and is supremely satisfying.
A family favourite, the Golden Egg Yolk Butter Cream lobster is primed to be one of the most popular dishes. if you’re craving for fresh lobsters in a creamy, spicy sauce, this is made for you! We love that they are quite generous with the bright yellow, gooey salted egg sauce. The team has also peppered the lobsters with curry leaves for that extra burst of flavour.
