Raffles City Epicurean Society
Thanks to the good people at Raffles City, I was invited on a food trail to try 3 restaurants – Sho Teppan, The Pizza Place and ThaiExpress. Many people feel that good food must be expensive but I don’t agree! Good food doesn’t necessarily cost you an arm or a leg. At least in Raffles City, this is what I see: wallet-friendly quality food. If you are looking for some affordable good meal, here’s a quick guide on where to go. Ready, get set, dig in!
This pizza parlour offers close to 40 classic and gourmet pizzas, with a choice of thin crust or classic hand tossed. The owner, Gabriel created all the pizzas based on his travel experiences and they are handmade upon order. He uses 2 different kinds of flour to make the crust so as to get the desired texture.
The crust is not super thick but crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I don’t feel very heavy even after finishing 4 slices! It is just right for lunch during the rush hour. And the waiting time is approximately 15 minutes to get your freshly baked pizza!
Thanks to Raffles City, I am doing a giveaway for 9 LUCKY WINNERS! Each of them will walk away with $50 Handburger or Watami vouchers! All you have to do it to tell me your answer to the question below by leaving a comment on this blog post.
