It is best to come on an empty stomach; visitors planning to check out the fair can eat, snack, drink and shop their way through more than 1,000 different F&B products. And there will even be four themed country pavilions – Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Thailand – for those looking to feast their way around the world, alongside ASA Holidays (Booth H15) who will be showcasing their gourmet food tour packages for foodies who love to travel!

Look forward to cooked food stands and food trucks, including Ye Olde Cow (Booth K03) that specialises in juicy burgers and refreshing kombucha brews. It utilises a special dry-ageing method to create a tender Black Angus patty, then cooks, or smash, it over the grill to impart a tantalising smoky char to each and every burger.

Or grab a snack from 123 Super Crispy Kallipok (Booth H21) – since the 1970s, the owner insists on making everything by hand: dough, filling, and all. The result: aromatic filling of chicken and potatoes are encased within crispy, flaky pastry.

Dochi Dochi (Booth H39) will also be serving up its signature QQ mochi donuts, paired with home-brewed tea including their event exclusive favour – Dochi-Nana (chewy goreng pisang); while the popular bakery Whiskdom (Booth F43) will make an appearance with decadent brownies and hearty bagels, stuffed with teppanyaki beef. We also love the Stinky Bomb Durian Puff from 99 Old Trees Durian.

Missing Japan? Then make a beeline for Jetro (Booth J31) at the Japan pavilion, where you can find quality cuts that are perfect for yakiniku at Wano Niku, snack on freshly made taiyaki from Iroha Mart, sip to better health with wellness tea from White Tree Cafe, or stock up on bottles of sake from Yokimono. You can also get other international cuisine like Korean street snacks from KRate SG (Booth J37) and mango sticky rice from various Thai food booths. There is even rosti too!

Those looking for vegan options will be pleased to know that you can find a wide array of popular plant-based brands from the likes of Quorn, Green Butchery, Hoshay and more at the fair. Not forgetting our vegetarian friends who can pop by Say Green (Booth A27) for tantalizing vegetarian options.

To help you stick to your new year’s resolutions, check out the various health and wellness exhibitors that come well stocked with collagen drinks, tonics, bird’s nest, and other nourishing treats. They also make a great gift for parents and relatives.

Of course, you shouldn’t be going home empty-handed. Shop, browse, and be spoilt for choice at the amount of ready-to-cook products that are on display. You’d find everything from convenient frozen goods, to even kitchen gadgets and gizmos that will help elevate (and hack) your at-home cooking adventures. Some vendors include Leo Satay (Booth J19), frozen seafood from Snow Treasures by Lam Kee Seafood (Booth B11 for Cooked Food, Booth N01 for Frozen Seafood), rice cookers from Sincero and cooking sauces by Sing Long.
