When I think of white bee hoon, I’ll always drool at the thought of having the White Restaurant’s rendition of it. It’s really one of my all-time favourite white bee hoon around! The Original White Beehoon’s ($7.15) no-frills presentation has an absolutely amazing and very soul-satisfying taste. It is tossed with fresh and juicy prawns, sotong and vegetables. There is also the addition of the thick eggy gravy coating the bee hoon strands, forming a slick mass that would be sure to produce the most satisfying slurp.
