As I moved to my late twenties, I am starting to feel my metabolism rate getting slower. Even though I go the gym quite often, it is very difficult to lose weight. I used to be able to eat A LOT and not gain weight. Now, I am worried about every single pineapple tart that entered my mouth. Since I cannot change my genes and I am so tam chiak, I have to be cautious when I eat.

I read that this Celery Tomato Orange Juice improves metabolism rate so I decided to make a cup for myself. Celery is a great choice if you are watching your weight. One large stalk contains only 10 calories! So, add celery to your shopping list and enjoy it in your salads, soups and stir-fries. In addition, tomatoes can also work overtime to flush fat, as they also contain citric, malic, and oxalic acids, which support your body’s kidney functions, which helps your body eliminate more waste and fat from your system. Hope you enjoy this juice as much as I do!
