If you’re a fan of seafood, there’s a very good chance that you’ll develop extremely strong affection for Beach Road Kitchen.

The buffet restaurant at JW Marriott Singapore South Beach has recently launched a seafood buffet showcasing a variety of premium seafood prepared in many appetising styles.

Quote “Miss Tamchiak” to enjoy 20% off buffets when you dine-in from now to 30 November 2022. Reservation required and subject to availability.

Dive right into a custom-built, temperature-controlled Seafood Room that features a remarkable selection of seafood antipasti, an array of sushi and sashimi, and fresh seafood options.
Indulge in up to 13 varieties of fresh seafood on ice, which include unlimited servings of freshly shucked Japanese and Irish oysters, shellfish varieties such as Snow Crabs, Poached Live Lobster and Lobster Claw. We love their oysters which were so plump and creamy! They were so good that we helped ourselves to a few rounds of it.

P/S the freshly shucked oysters are available daily during lunch, brunch and dinner buffet

My favourite buffet station at Beach Road Kitchen is the Charcoal Grill section. You can feast on Barbecued Flower Crab and Prawns, as well as Salmon Wellington, Seafood Lasagna, Seafood Mac and Cheese. The Herb Crusted Prime Rib was done to a gorgeous medium rare, with the herbs creating a flavourful crust.

We were recommended the Sea Bass, their Grilled Catch Of The Day, that’s grilled over an aromatic Applewood. The fish was cooked to pure perfection — soft but firm, and pristinely fresh.

If you want to take this experience a notch higher, go for the Oven Baked Seafood Mac & Cheese which comes with some cheesy, crustacean goodness. The decadent dish is stuffed with gooey, stretchy mozzarella cheese to give you the cheese pull of your dreams.

Treat yourself to Beach Road Kitchen’s Salmon Wellington too! Cut into the golden layers of buttery and flaky puff pastry to reveal a perfectly baked moist salmon fillet that’s complemented by a cheesy sautéed spinach that is full of flavour!

The Lobster Claw Laksa is bound to make you go back for seconds. The laksa gravy rocked a nice vibrant orange. Imagine tender and sweet lobster flesh that has sufficiently absorbed the flavours of the thick and mildly spicy gravy which carries a strong dried shrimp flavour. So good!

To accommodate diners with a penchant for local cuisine, the Asian Favourites section is where you can find familiar dishes such as the well-loved Signature Chilli Crab, Spicy Mala Baby Lobster, Nasi Briyani, Butter Chicken and more.

You must try the Signature Chilli Crab. The crab is bathed in a deep red chilli sauce that’s chock full of flavour. Don’t forget to mop up every bit of the thick, vermillion gravy with the fried mantou.

Right smack in the middle of Beach Road Kitchen is an eye-catching Pizza Oven – an area promising a rotation of freshly-made pizzas and other baked dishes. The Signature Truffle Pizza is to die for. It is topped with a generous amount of truffle oil, mushrooms and stracchino cheese. Fresh out of the oven, the slightly crisp and chewy pizza is simply outstanding.

Do save some stomach space for their beautiful house-made desserts and pastries, fresh fruits and nonya kuehs housed in a glass cabinet. The chef also prepares fresh waffles that you can pair with compotes and sauces that are made in-house. It was also fun pumping the soft serve, and choosing from an array of toppings to go with it.
