Hong Kong Mei-Xin Mooncakes – One of the Best Lava Mooncakes EVER

Food is the most exciting part of any festival for me, and the same goes for the Mid Autumn Festival. Hong Kong Mei-Xin Mooncakes is my go-to brand every year because it nails both traditional baked mooncakes (that I go crazy for) as well as its innovative snowskin renditions.
