Stepping into Beach Road Kitchen’s seafood buffet is like entering a treasure trove of ocean delights. The sheer grandeur of the sprawling cold seafood room is enough to take your breath away. From the moment you set foot inside, you’ll find yourself in awe of the extravagant spread that awaits.

The cold seafood room has plenty of seafood treasures, each more tempting than the last. The raw oysters are nestled on a bed of ice to maintain their pristine freshness. A dash of zesty lemon juice is all you need to jazz the oysters up! These briny marvels will glide effortlessly across your tongue.
Guests can also feast to their hearts’ content on seriously good Lobster Claws, Manila Clams, Sea Whelk, Tiger Prawns, Snow Crabs, Black Mussels, Scallops, Flower Crabs and more. Of course, how can we forget the fresh sashimi and sushi selection here. The melt-in-your-mouth sashimi slices are not to be missed. The extensive spread here is a seafood lover’s dream come true.

Beyond the cold seafood, the buffet offers an array of dishes that showcases the bounties of the sea. From charcoal-grilled Baked Halibut and Baked Salmon to Whole Roasted Sea Bass, seafood fanatics can continue to indulge in the freshest seafood cooked to perfection.

A highlight for us is the catch of the day which is handpicked and expertly grilled by the chef. The selection typically includes two tantalizing options: sea bass and pomfret. On the day of our visit, we couldn’t resist the allure of the charcoal-grilled pomfret, and it turned out to be an absolute showstopper. The charcoal grill worked its magic, imparting a smoky aroma and a beautiful char to the fish. The pomfret, with its tender and delicate white flesh, was a sheer delight to the senses.

The stunning BBQ Seafood Board offers delights such as Salt Baked Crab, Grilled Squid, Grilled Baby Octopus, Grilled Tiger Prawns, Grilled Slipper Lobster, and more. Amid this delightful spread, one dish that truly stood out was the Salt Baked Crab.

Cracking open the crab’s shell unveiled tender, succulent, and impeccably seasoned flesh. The salt-baking technique preserves the natural sweetness of the crab meat while infusing it with a subtle saline note that heightened the overall taste profile.




But the culinary adventure doesn’t stop there. Prepare your taste buds for the Slow Roasted Leg of Lamb, Creamy Saffron Seafood Stew served with garlic bread, or savour the Braised Lamb Shank and Confit Duck Leg with Balsamic Reduction that will leave an indelible impression.

For those with a penchant for earthy delights, the oven-baked Al Fungi Truffle Pizza is a must-try. This pizza boasts a rich and aromatic truffle-infused cream sauce, which serves as the canvas for a symphony of mushrooms. I have been here multiple times, and would never skip the pizza no matter how full I am!



Don’t forget to check out the pasta live station which offers an array of options from Impossible Bolognese and Spaghetti Vongole to Linguine Carbonara and Risotto Al Funghi.




The Asian menu is equally impressive, featuring beloved local favorites. The Signature Chilli Crab with Crispy Mantou is a crowd-pleaser, and the Singapore Laksa and Collagen Soup with Pork Rib are crowd favourites.

I really enjoyed the Chilli Crab. The succulent crab, perfectly coated in a rich, luscious chili sauce, was a sight to behold. Each piece of crab had adequately absorbed the flavors of the sauce. The accompanying golden, pillowy buns were the perfect vessels for sopping up every bit of the delectable chili sauce.

Other highlights include Pineapple Seafood Fried Rice, Taiwanese Style Basil Chicken, Mongolian Pork Chop, and Stir-Fried Beef with Spring Onion and Ginger.


To conclude your feast on a sweet note, delve into the tempting array of mini cakes, and share delightful treats such as chocolate truffle cake, soufflé cheesecake, and fresh strawberry tarts. And if you’re in the mood for something truly special, the red velvet waffles paired with gelato offer a delightful fusion of flavours. Choose from chocolate ice cream, vanilla, mango sorbet, cookie and cream gelato, and more.
