为了庆祝生日,劳瑞斯(Lawry’s The Prime Ribs)在每年的7月份便会换个新面孔。除了保留本店的招牌牛肋排(prime ribs)之外,中餐及晚餐将各推出不同的新菜单,让顾客们年年享有更多惊喜。当然,若你对上一系列的菜肴仍念念不忘,你也可以请厨师特别为你烹煮。


可别错过本店最新推出的脆皮焖羊排(Crispy Baised Lamb Shank, $44.80)。精心腌制的羊腿,炸到金黄色,香脆可口,是许多顾客的喜爱。再淋上薄荷番茄酱汁及爱达荷州的马铃薯泥,鲜嫩多汁,令人赞叹不已。

加入菠菜或虎虾的香脆鸡胸卷(Crispy Chicken Breast with Two Stuffing, $32.80)配上芒果橘子奶油酱,口感非常独特。配合富有东方味道的杞子芝士米粒risoni,中西和并,非常好吃。


到劳瑞斯享用晚餐的朋友,可试一试海鲜餐盘(Seafood Maryland,$78.80)。加入龙虾、三文鱼、干贝及虾的菜肴,肯定让你大饱口福。

(Wild Berry Cheese Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream)
吃完了主菜,不如尝一尝最新特制的甜品如:加上Haagen Daz冰淇淋的巧克瑞爾塔(Pecan Nut Brownie with Vanilla Ice Cream),芝士蛋糕附香草冰淇淋(Wild Berry Cheese Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream) 或富有浓浓菊花香的蛋糕(Crysanthemum Crème Brulee)。


到劳瑞斯用餐过的人,都会知道每盘主菜会附加劳瑞斯招牌冰旋翡翠沙拉(Spinning Bowl Salad)。在小餐桌上,装着冰块的透明盆里有另一个铁盆,装满了各种生菜,侍应生会转动盆子,凌空到下酱汁,搅拌一下,冷冰冰的开胃沙拉便端上桌了。


位于百利宫的劳瑞斯是新加坡独一无二的分行,在本地已有8年的历史了。充满英式风味装潢的大厅里,高高的天花板,穿着像英国管家的亲切女侍应生,展示着低调的华丽,是劳瑞斯69年来的风格。引以为傲的顶级牛肋排及在餐桌旁现场切割牛肋排的银色餐车(silvercart)是劳瑞斯对服务的坚持和用心。

秉持一贯传统,劳瑞斯的牛肋排只选用美国特选顶级的牛肋排。厨师采用特别的火炉以不同的火候烹烤牛肉,带出牛肋排最原始的美味。烘烤出来的牛肋排两旁全熟而中间较稍微半熟。不管是爱吃全熟或半熟的牛肋排,厨师都能准确地把它切下来。

为了吸引更广泛的顾客,本餐馆在周末也推出了自由餐,让你以合理的价钱品尝到无限量的劳瑞斯美食。时间从早上11点30分至下午4点,每人收费为$68.80++。有兴趣的顾客,必须预定座位。
